Every job gets the same treatment: diamond grinding, crack repair, and a coating system matched to how the floor actually gets used.
FIVE STEPS. NO SHORTCUTS.
Most failed epoxy floors fail at prep. Ours don't, because every job gets the full system — start to finish.
Diamond-grind the slab to open its pores, then patch and crack-fill so the surface is flat and sound.
Seal the slab with a vapour-blocking primer so ground moisture can't push up and peel the coating.
Roll a pigmented 100%-solids epoxy base coat that bonds directly to the prepared concrete.
Throw flake to full rejection — wall-to-wall coverage in your blend, with zero thin spots.
Scrape and vacuum off the excess flake, then lock it all under a clear polyaspartic topcoat.
